The Appointment Programme

Pre-scheduled appointments selected online, combined with the Online Diary, drives the success of MEETINGS.

The programme facilitates face-to-face appointments between Exhibitors and Buyers - up to 35 fifteen minute appointments, over the two days of MEETINGS.

Appointments are made using the latest online appointment-specific technology which ensures an interactive, fast, efficient and easy to use process.

Appointments are scheduled prior to the show using this technology. Business profile information accessed online by Exhibitors and Hosted Buyers enables both parties to request appointments with those people that best fit their business mix.

The appointment-specific technology matches all requests to provide Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors with a preliminary appointment schedule.

The Online Diary enables all Exhibitors and Hosted Buyers to check their preliminary appointment schedule and request additional appointments where there are spaces available in their schedules.

Requests can only be made where both the Exhibitor and the Hosted Buyer have exactly the same time slots available. The Online Diary provides this information.
