CINZ Event Planners Guide 
The New Zealand Event Planners Guide is distributed annually and contains detailed information on New Zealand conference venues and services. The planner is widely recognised as the industry “Bible” for meeting planners in New Zealand and overseas. The guide is available online at

The CINZ website is the industry’s leading channel between buyers and suppliers of New Zealand convention products and services.

CINZ events
The CINZ team attend a number of national and international events and tradeshows to advocate for our members. 

CINZ Korero
CINZ Korero is a monthly e-newsletter keeping you up to date on events and news within the New Zealand meetings industry.

CINZ Call Centre 
The CINZ Call Centre has been designed to assist New Zealand conference and event planners in securing appropriate and timely quotes for their events. CINZ currently represents over 300 convention and incentive travel product and service suppliers throughout New Zealand.

CINZ Australian Office
CINZ has a Sydney based Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager who are available to assist Australian based meeting planners with any information about CINZ member products and services available in New Zealand. The CINZ Australia team works in association with Tourism New Zealand to promote New Zealand as a leading conference and incentive travel destination to the Australian market.

MEETINGS, hosted by CINZ is New Zealand’s only annual national business tourism event for the conference, meetings, events and incentive travel industry. This highly acclaimed two-day trade show brings together buyers and sellers of conference and New Zealand incentive travel products and services to grow mutual business opportunities and share knowledge and ideas. The event is held annually and welcomes over 170 exhibiting companies. A hosted buyer programme is also offered to qualified buyers from Australia and New Zealand.

CINZ Annual Conference
The CINZ Annual Conference and AGM, hosted by CINZ is the only opportunity in a busy calendar year to get together. Here we discuss issues that affect our industry specifically, come up with ideas for improved performance and also to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

International Tradeshow Co-Ordination
CINZ organises New Zealand’s attendance at AIME, the largest convention and incentive tradeshow in Australasia held in Melbourne every year. Participation on the New Zealand stand is restricted to international CINZ members only.

CINZ has regular input into many New Zealand and overseas publications and has an on-going programme for the dissemination of information relating to the New Zealand conference and convention industry.
